Boat fire – Horningsea - South Cambs

At 1.22pm on Sunday (12) crews from Cambridge, Cottenham and Ely were called to a fire on Clayhithe Road in Horningsea.

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed fire involving a boat. They extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their stations by 4.15pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
