Flat fire – Dogsthorpe - Peterborough

At 4.50pm on Friday (24) a crew from Dogsthorpe and the north roaming fire engine were called to a fire on Lavender Crescent in Dogsthorpe, Peterborough. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a ground floor flat. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan. The crews returned to their stations by 6.15pm.
