Fire in the open – Waterbeach - South Cambs

At 2.32pm on Sunday (11) a crew from Cambridge was called to a fire on Long Drove in Waterbeach. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving a tree that was spreading to nearby fencing. They extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 4.30pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
