Building fire – city centre - Peterborough

At 2.42am on Friday (16) crews from Dogsthorpe and Yaxley were called to a fire on Broadway in Peterborough City Centre.  

Firefighters arrived to find a fire outside a building, with smoke impacting the interior. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their stations by 6am.  

The cause of the fire was accidental.
