Car fire - Walsoken - Fenland

At 6.45pm on Sunday 13 August crews from Wisbech, March and Kings Lynn (Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service) were called to a car fire on Lynn Road in Walsoken.

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight affecting 10m of fence and a street light. Using a hose reel crews extinguished the fire before returning to their stations by 8.09pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
