Salary: £25,584 - £27,269 pa

Hours: 37 hrs per week

Contract: Permanent

Location: Service Headquarters, Huntingdon - This role is mainly office based to aid development, but flexible working is available.

About the role

About you 

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences, but the ideal person will have: 

  • A passion for accounting and a drive to succeed in the field.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Able to demonstrate the Authorities values and behaviours in all aspects of your day-to-day work.
  • The ability to demonstrate and promote equality and diversity.  
  • 5 GCSE’s A-C (or Grade 4 and up with a minimum of grade 5 in Maths and English) or accepted equivalent OR can demonstrate experience in a financial background. 
  • A Driving Licence is not essential, however you must be able to use public transport or other means to get to work and face to face training courses.
