Payments Compliance Notice

A payments compliance notice is a notice setting out the extent to which, over a reporting period of 6 months, the contracting authority has paid its invoices in accordance with the term set out in section 68(2) of the Procurement Act 2023 (Act). Contracting authorities are required to publish a payments compliance notice on the central digital platform. The purpose of this notice is to provide transparency over contracting authorities’ compliance with the Act and, more specifically, how promptly they pay their suppliers.
