Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Plans
Our latest Equality, Diversity and Inclusion plan includes continuing to address and perform our public equality duty, fostering an open culture where our employees feel welcomed, and connect with our diverse community in Cambridgeshire.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is part of the People Excellence section of our strategy, which we revise every four-five years and is called our IRMP – integrated risk management plan.
We have an IRMP Action Plan that we refresh annually. This outlines our main objectives for People Excellence each year to meet our strategy. A section of this is our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Plan.
Every year we report on our actions from this plan. This is known as our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Compliance annual report.
