Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Fire Authority is responsible for providing an efficient and effective fire and rescue service.  It achieves this through:

  • Agreeing a strategic plan and annual budget
  • Monitoring and reviewing performance and spending against its plans.

Our budget

The budget is prepared for the medium term (the next five years) taking into account predicted income from council tax and government funding.

The Fire Authority approves the budget at the February meeting of the Fire Authority each year.
